Trophies will be presented to the successful competitors at the conclusion of the trial on Sunday evening.

Qualifying Trial Trophies

Trophy For Awarded to

The Poltalloch Cup 

For the winner of the qualifying trials.  

The Sun Alliance 5th Shepherds' Cup 

For the highest pointed dog owned and handled by a hired shepherd.  

The Duchess of Devonshire 5th Farmers' Challenge Cup 

For the highest pointed dog owned and handled by a farmer.  

The Gwyn Jones Rhes-y-cae Memorial Trophy 

For the breeder of the qualifying trials winner.  

The Barbara Carpenter Brocken Trophy 

For the highest pointed handler in the qualifying trial who is competing for the first time at the International.   

The Stirling Team Shield 

To the National President, calculated by the addition of points from the best 12 dogs in each nation.  

The Gilbertson & Page Captain's Trophy

For the captain of the winning team.  

 

Brace Class

The Alan Jones Memorial Cup, the 6th Brace Trophy

For the winner of the Doubles Competition. Plus monetary awards of 1st £100; 2nd £70; 3rd £50; 4th £30 and 5th £30.  

The David Stone Brace Aggregate Cup

For the highest total National and International Doubles points.

(Aggregate awards are calculated by adding the National and International Qualifying points).

For the highest Irish aggregate pointed dog.  

The James S Gray 5th Scottish Aggregate Trophy

For the highest Scottish aggregate pointed dog, plus a monetary award of £15.  

The C D Fenwick 3rd Welsh Aggregate Trophy

For the highest Welsh aggregate pointed dog.  

 

Supreme Championship Trophies

The Supreme Championship 3rd Challenge Shield

For the Supreme Champion.
Plus monetary awards of 1st £750; 2nd £400; 3rd £200; 4th £150; 5th £90; 6th £70; 8th to 15th each £30.)

The R Fortune Trophy

For the Supreme Champion (won outright 5 years at intervals or 3 years in succession).  

The W J Evans Memorial Cup

For the Runner-Up (perpetual).  

The Captain Whittaker Trophy

For the highest points in Outrun, Lift and Fetch   

The Johnny Wilson Memorial Cup

For the best Shed by dog and handler.  

The Earnest Broadley Cup

For the Breeder of the Supreme Champion dog, plus a monetary award of £15.  

The Gwilliam Goblet

For the Breeder of the Supreme Champion dog (perpetual).  

The Roberthill Trophy

For the owner of the Sire of the Supreme Champion dog.  

The McDiarmid Rose Bowl

For the highest pointed dog for which the handler was also the owner of either the sire or dam.  
The Rhiwlas Trophy For the Supreme Champion (perpetual)  
Blue Riband worn by the Supreme Champion dog.  

 

Specific Trophies

The J B Bagshaw trophy For the winner of the Driving Dog Competition. Given by W B Bagshaw. Plus monetary award of £25.  
The Scott Morris Silver Plate For the winner of the Young Handler Competition. Given by Mr D S Morris, solicitor to the Society (perpetual).  
The Edinburgh Trophy For the oldest competing handler at these trials. Given by The Corporation of Edinburgh (perpetual).  
Donaldson Cup For the youngest competing handler in Singles or Doubles at these trials. Given by Robert Hamilton (perpetual).  
The Ashton Priestley Trophy
  For the Best Sportsman, in the judges' opinion. Given by Mrs Priestly (perpetual).
 
Gilbertson & Page Champions' Awards Engraved Cut Crystal Decanter Sets will be presented to the Supreme Champion and the Winner of the Brace Competition   
The Young Handlers each to receive Silver Plated Tankards
